Who doesn't want a job of his/her dreams? There are several publications in the market and also on the internet about how to land the so called "dream job." Some might wonder that a dream job would be the one with a higher salary... since money is a vital part of life, especially with the high cost of living.
According to a research, the quality of work can have a positive or negative effect in one's well-being and mental health. It also points out that money is not the only key motivator to keep a person in a certain job, but a challenging, exciting and stimulating job ... Do you agree with this?
I think that they might be right... if we enjoy what we are doing, our life outside work should be better since we won't go home stressed out or thinking how much we wish to have a different job.

I believe that it is possible to find your dream job, the tricky part is knowing if that job is actually your dream job; in the past, a few times I thought I had found my dream job, a job I would be excited to go to each time I had to work, but after a few weeks I realized it wasn't the job for me.
I totally agree our life outside work should be better and we should be able to enjoy it, Work is extremly stressful at times. Just having time to youself can help you and make you a stronger person so you can still make your way up to your dream job.
